How to Live Off Poor Steemians and Help the Rich Get Richer (Full Guide)

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Some Steemians have to live in the woods and depend on what nature has to offer while the rich ones bask in their accumulated wealth and continually make money off the poor. Some people can live with that because they are just severely brain damaged and lack empathy. Don't get me wrong, in my five months writing here, I'm still grateful for what I've earned so far from my articles and travel stories - it surely paid the bill. But I'm not going to hide my disappointment whenever I see articles being devalued or shitpots being upvoted more. What's more disappointing is when Steemit is focusing on aesthetics instead of working on more important features such as which articles should get on the trending page and which posts get more visibility. Oh and don't forget these errors which others are greatly benefitting from, awww Steemit you're so unethical and people still can't see it. Let's tolerate the psychopathic behavior even more.

Ohhh don't tell me to focus on writing quality posts, don't tell me that whales are free to do whatever they want with their money, don't tell me Steemit is still in beta, don't tell me the whales fund the platform, don't accuse me of wishing for utopia, don't tell me I would do the same if I have a lot of money here - awww fanboys are so blind to reality. Enough. Stop justifying greed by calling it prosperity. Stop making excuses for the disturbing behavior of humans, this is why in our society, people are so brainwashed to believe in our seriously flawed system. We should not resign to - it is what it is. Real life is already shitty why not create a better world here on Steemit, if not perfect, at least something that will give people the chance to have better lives. Oh well, that's just a dream.

How to live off poor Steemians

This is actually easy if you are an observant of the real world. First, if you have a lot of money due to your racial advantages, given privileges or inherited wealth, then you would probably find it easier to take advantage of poor people since it has already become a normal thing in your tribe since the beginning of time. Second, if you really earn your money the hard way, then you would probably empathize with the less privileged and know that money really does not simply grow on trees or passed to us. That is of course only if money hasn't changed you still.

I would assume I'm the first, and I have pumped up my account with a lot of Steem Power and my goal is to make more money just like the filthy rich bankers and wankers - I won't upvote good articles. I won't even give my 100% upvote. I'll just sell my vote on bots because it would give me more advantage in terms of earning more. The poor Steemians will also keep buying upvotes to be seen. Anyway, it's the system's fault, isn't it? So I'll let them suffer for the system's fault and make them buy upvotes for whatever little money they are making here and I can reap the rewards from their hard work. On the other hand, I also get more upvotes because other whales think I'm a God fueling the platform with more money they need. Nevermind if it's not ethical to live off poor Steemians especially if it affords me to live comfortably somewhere cheap, earn from my pictures of good food and take first class flights. Nevermind if poor Steemians have to eat beans at least they are not getting fat. I won't spread my upvotes and I'll just concentrate on those who upvote me and those who are whales too. I won't give others the chance to have more voting power, only my own fellowship because at least I'm sure they are not leaving and not just take the money and run. Nevermind if I'm brain damaged and I have no feelings, the suffering of other people has nothing to do with me. I'm free to make more money and live off the poor. Oh boy, does it feel good?

How to help the rich get richer

This is like buying things from unethical corporations and continuously supporting their evil ways of harming people's health, the environment, and poor workers. Well, I don't mind really, because what matters to me is to swim every day in my pool, watch the sunset from my beach house and let my Labradors watch me. Awww poor Labradors. Forgive me, this is just my dual personality - the poor and rich @diabolika. I even get confused which one is real.

For the poor Steemians to make me richer all they have to do is upvote my shitposts so they could have pieces of my big pie. I will also ask my whale friends to upvote me regularly and probably add me to their auto vote bots to seal the deal. Ohhh please don't upvote the poor Steemians, they would leave anyway. I have money here so keep me instead. Nevermind mind if I can't write, nobody argues with someone who has money. I would also sell my Steem Power to vote bots and encourage poor Steemians to buy upvotes because the system is so flawed and their posts are not getting seen, awww Steemit. So sad you tolerate this for my own advantage, anyway just focus on the colors and font changes for now. Anyway, poor Steemians can keep on doing that until it becomes totally normal for me to be filthy rich off other people's passion and creativity. I'm a vulture but who cares? I will only post positive topics and comments. Low-life spammers and poor people are so annoying, ugh they should learn English. It is safer to pick on little people, isn't it? Meanwhile, I will just focus on positivity because I don't want to be infected by poor people's misery - that is, by the way, the key to success according to my rich psychopath's handbook.

Before following me, please check my previous posts. I usually write about my travels or whatever my distorted mind has to offer. If you follow me and you're not really interested with that, then you'll only be disappointed! -@diabolika 😈.

It might get even worse. I heard the reply of Steemit's CEO to a critical question at Steemfest on this subject, basically saying he doesn't care, it's just business.

Next thing I see is a huge whale stopping manually upvoting the articles they like and want to support, but instead just offering SteemPower delegation for money.

The co-founder that wasn't at Steemfest saw this and replied like we are destroying the principles he built Steem on.

It's quite a delicate subject, but I upvoted your post, hoping more will read it.

Thanks for the upvote.

I heard the reply of Steemit's CEO to a critical question at Steemfest on this subject, basically saying he doesn't care, it's just business.

Ok, this is it folks. It's just business.

He called it 'creative use of commercial ideas' or 'free market dynamics', but basically he said he's not going to do anything about it.

I think we'll see Vote Buying & SP renting services like MinnowBooster, Boomerang & Blocktrades gaining ground massively in the coming weeks, until real users will simply say goodbye or hold off engagement for a while.

Then it is clear, that justifies the vote buying now - it's for business only. It should have been clear when they changed the front page to 'Money Talks'.Of course, I should have thought of that by now! My bad. There are people behind steemit. People can wait for better platforms to come around that will compete against Steemit I guess.

Personally I believe in sound economics. But this seems very short term oriented, quick money grab strategies.

I would assume that when you hold large quantities of Steem as an investor, you would want the value of the platform (and thus the value of the token) to rise.

Awwww yeah of course @fitzgibbon, that is always the justification isn't it? I have my money here bla bla bla. Of course the whalers would put the case back to me lol, not the first time. I didn't say anything about that in my article did I (if you didn't just read the title lol)? I can make money and wish for the value of steem to go up, but for sure I don't want others to go hungry for upvotes or be hungry literally. Hungry and being taken advantage of - do you know how it feels in your well-pampered society?

I would assume you wouldn't be like that as an an investor? would you? Unless you follow the psychopath's handbook then I would understand you.

awww fanboys are so blind to reality.

I will be honest with you. I don't know. I've never had huge amounts of money and neither did my parents. I've seen that having a lot of money can change a person, suddenly there appears a fear of losing it and an urge to get more. I've never experienced that, so really I wouldn't know.

Right now, from my viewpoint as a minnow, I think Steemit would be a much happier and better place with a more equal distribution of SteemPower.

I was replying to fitzgibbon. Having a lot of money can also change the person.

As a minnow I guess, we'll just be happy and enjoy the community. That's the case in real world too. :)

If I was a whale this post would most definately be passed over, but since I am not, I am happy to upvote you with my pittance of .04 cents. It won't take you far, but know you have supporters out here that agree with what you are posting. Thanks for saying what others are thinking. 🐓🐓

Haha thanks for 0.04 cents!

Glad to give. The poor always gives the most! 🐓🐓

I know what you mean! Thanks.

I agree. I included a paragraph at the end of one of my recent posts on the subject of the ridiculous upvote payout system. I don't see the logic in one person's upvote being worth a great deal of money and other upvotes being worth less than a penny. I've had posts that have gotten 15 votes make somewhere around ten bucks and posts that have had 30 votes make about 12 cents. Did the big votes enjoy my posts more? Are they better at determining good from bad posts? Nope. I know of more than one user who has the backing of whales and they can throw up a few pics of a trip to the grocery store and make 10 to 15 bucks a pop. Their posts consistently make that much money, no matter what it is simply because they've befriended a couple whales. That's not cool and it's going to destroy the future of steemit. I've only continued to post on here for my own non-financial benefit. At this point I'm just using it as a travel blog for myself and my friends (most of whom are not steemers). If Curie comes my way about once a week, as Curie usually does, then I make a few dollars as a bonus. But if it wasn't for Curie I'd probably have under a hundred SP. I saw a Steemitworldmap post a couple days ago that had 70 votes at the time and had only made about a $1.10! That kind of thing will drive users away.

Yeah I know, I've seen users come and go. This new capitalist vision of Steemit might prevail, but our sense of community will remain. It's something the elites don't have and can't take away from us.

I think this post says a lot of thing many Steemers are thinking. It's very like society and shows that even freethinkers can get sucked in. I have never used a bot and would rather make my money (which in not my priority i might add) due to good content.
So I guess in society the little people have the power when they realise coming together to create solutions is the way. We have all been brainwashed into power structures an hierarchical structures . This way of think needs to end I dont read in whale way of thinking as it creates a hierarchy we all joined to oppose !

Yeah it's very easy to get distracted by the rewards especially if that is the main purpose of this platform. But we just use it for portfolio and its community.

To me the money is a bonus. I love the connection and knowing I'm not the only one with these apparently mad views of a free world ;)

don't forget, the poor one even gets downvoted!

great job, following for more.

Oh yeah, these downvoters even brag about it, some indication of their hunger for power (they haven't experienced in their lives probably) and reflection of their own insecurities. They can't take freedom of speech because it hurts them so bad.

And this is why I follow your posts. It's good to check oneself in the mirror.

It's funny when I post something about Steemit, I get loads of comments....

...but lower payouts!?
Maybe a wider audience for Steemit related stuff. It's also easier for a commenter to feel they have an informed opinion. Not always possible with a travel post.

Travel posts and essays get upvoted by curie. Steemit topics get a lot of comments but yeah, lower payout.

Curie is correct. Steemit is like anti-fight club.
Hey you should go join steemit! Why? So you can talk about steemit!

Talking about Steemit is what brings the steemians together and holds the community, one of the simple pleasures in life.

Plenty of other projects in the crypto world to keep an eye on and its never good to put all your eggs in one crypto basket. Steemit should be a small part of your crypto world. Just like anything else that involves money you will always have elements of corruption.

Steemit should be a small part of your crypto world.

Ok I will take note of this, I'm new to crypto world but I try to learn something about it every day.

Tip; You could leave steemit altogether if you don't agree. And go to another social media platform, or invent one yourself. Let me know if you have found or made one.

Tip: Why don't you leave this world instead? Let me know you have high rep score and a lot of sp (something to prove). Otherwise shut up you poor little troll and off my post. Chau! :)

I don't leave cause I'm not here for the money, I don't have a high rep or a lot of sp. And I'm not trolling in any way in my reply. I mean what I say. If I would not be content with steemit and the way things are here I would leave. Thank you for your reply

Edit; Are you telling me to kill myself lol. "leave this world"

Thanks for elucidating so clearly, diabolika, the shallow inane spirituality of the archonic elites who couldn't create an original thought to save their artificial DNA!
And that is the mystery of how they are able to coordinate all these staged terror events, but that's a different post.
Of course, the irony here is the Darwinism they love so much has absolutely nothing to do with human economic systems; it's a complete projection of their sullied deluded minds!

Awwww thanks. I'm happy you appreciate me being diabolic at times. Well, this is survival of the fittest to the max.

Natural selection has absolutely nothing to do with manmade economic systems and history will most likely end in tragedy over this misperception. Nature strives for equilibrium and balance and in no way plans its own annihilation intellectually via the obsession with greed and avarice. The casino economy mentality(greed and avarice) is extraordinarily lowly evolved.
BTW: your most poignant insight was the fact of unmerited wealth and all the ways the archons have rigged the system against humanity.

I don't know if this unmerited wealth let them totally let go their moral compass or those who haven't experienced wealth in their lives also let go their own values, after working hard for its attainment. Replacing greed with the more appropriate term 'prosperity'. Awww people.

PS, please read the comment above.

Survivor island :p

The casino economy mentality(greed and avarice) is extraordinarily lowly evolved.

It sure is, though as a society we have been brainwashed to believe money making and economic advancements is civilization. Watch beavers or other animals work long and hoard their processions, it's a very low-level thinking which although necessary has a short point where diminishing returns start taking over.

Lol great analogy

I read the last section out loud and for some reason a diabolical British accent came out. Don't stop writing, I thoroughly enjoy your works.

Awwww thanks. :) I have occasional fanboy trolls here who get hurt by my words but then I have everyone else lol.

I am in love with you after reading this @diabolika! 🔥Great piece, I hope our dear steemians from all walks of life wake up to this universal truth of a post.
