Changing your life around

Whats up fellow steemians

Today we are going to be talking about Action , success and changing your life around for the better .

Reason I am doing this today is Recently I have been having a hard time making decisions and suffering with severe depression and anxiety thinking the world is against me and seen it a lot also in other people so I decided to take ACTION as I have been like this for quite some time and i must admit it is not a fun place to be .

I am not sure why this is but I think a lot of it has to do with fear - IE... unsure of a certain outcome not wanting to spend a lot of time energy and effort on something to not get a result which is completely legitimate.
But if there is something that I can offer to you .....

Its simply make a decision , stick with it until it works and continue to take massive ACTION towards your aim or GOAL and I guarantee your going to get the result you want .

I may not take a day or week a month or even years to get to where you want to be but stay * FOCUSED *
but if you are persistent enough you are going to get to where you want to get ...

Two major steps

STEP ONE - Making the decision

STEP TWO - Taking Action

I look at a lot of people including myself and see we are taking action or at least think we are taking action
But we are still caught in the same thought patterns and processes and thought loops and were really not getting as far as we think we are and really NEED to be .... ( EXAMPLE) ... trying to loose weight and you justice *oh I'm gonna have a chocolate bar or a cookie * because I know I'm not going to loose the weight straight away so I can justify having something like that *
No - you wanna loose weight and change your life ? - You gotta cut out everything . cut the sugar take a sacrifice and take that massive ACTION completely cut yourself off from bad foods..junk food . comfort eating .. hit the gym twice /three times a week to get the result that you want But don't go OVER KILL ... don't tire yourself out to the point your burnt out ...

Just get out there

Take the ACTION JUST DO IT ....... , Find your inner self .. whats your goal and aspirations

Goal setting is just as important as having a vision and dreams. If you want to change your mindset towards success, goals serve as your checklist. Unlike dreams, goals can be measured. A goal should be realistic and achievable within your allotted time span. You should set both long term and short term goals to keep yourself motivated.

Having a list of things to do on a daily or a weekly basis keeps you on your track inching closer to where you want to be.

Now life is not perfect by far and nobody is better than the next person whether your high up the bread line or not Everyone is equal But you have to believe in yourself

Everyone has lows on so many different levels , whether it be Illness , depression , anxiety , money struggles , job issues , tiresome relationships , children to contend with (without having rest bite) , being judged on your appearance because your not wearing top end clothing ect ect... There are so many Issues that people struggle with on a daily base a lot of which are unseen to the human eye.

Time to Take a stand with one self and get to know yourself all over again , Figure out who you are for you ...

WRITE IT DOWN

Get a paper/pen or open your word pad and write down who you are what your life long ambitions are
Start with recognizing what you want in life what you do in life and take action on changes you want to do , It could be absolutely anything ,
weight loss , job change , hobby , happiness , goals , Aspire and believe in yourself - Once you figure out for yourself what it is you want to change Challenge yourself , speak with someone who will support ever decision you make and let them help you , because sometimes changes Cannot be done alone or you don't or Cannot start that change through FEAR and Anxiety ..... but don't just keep it on paper .... get out there explore that huge world

Baby steps ,

start small or at a level you think you can without BURNING yourself out
remember what you wrote..... STEPS
take each day and give yourself a small goal . once you complete that Goal remember most importantly be PROUD of yourself never doubt in anything you choose to do because you are doing this for YOURSELF and nobody else ..

Push Yourself

When you settle into a routine with yourself . You will realize your Goals have started to become clear and views and outlook on things become a little more clear But be specific about what you want ... * WHAT DOES YOUR IDEAL DAY LOOK LIKE * write it out and read it to yourself each and every single day and then go out and take massive ACTION , and make that decision/s that is the little formula to being somebody is is content with who you are .
Everything you do will leave an imprint and a memory make those memories

Now life is not perfect and if everyone on this planet was the same in every single way life would become boring very quickly Just remember though you are beautiful no matter what you are who you are you are amazing because you are HUMAN BEING you have every right to be on this planet just like everyone else whether your tall short fart slim brown white British American Asian ect ect we are all exactly the same on the inside ..a lot of things are easier said than done but remember those baby steps remember keep to it only you can change yourself around to the way you want to be .

Conclusion

Anything that requires change may take some time to develop. It takes conscious effort in order to transform and have a positive mindset geared towards success. By slowly implementing these tips in your daily life, you will be taking the right steps towards developing a winning mental attitude.

Excellent quality motivational post, life always has it's ups and down's and it can be easy for us to just let it all get on top of us and literally give in and turn turtle just trying to hide away from it all. But you can always make a positive from a negative, it might take time and alot of hard work and effort - but often when you concentrate on a new goal you set the negatives are forgotten and the more you concentrate suddenly the impossible becomes possible. Fully support this, a great post and relevant to many on here - stay safe.

Yeah, it's something that I've found here on Steemit, others like me, that are willing to admit to what's going on, and committed to help each other knowing that it will help them as well :) What I couldn't find in the real world I finally found here. One little action at a time.

I completely agree @mikesthoughts , sometimes I deny how I am feeling actually quite alot , So to have something to push me into place and remind me I am not alone does really help , whether it be money struggles , trying to get the best for the children , the depressions ect ect It does really hurt and tire us out alot but this week has been one of my low weeks I am going to follow you and keep tab on your posts :) nice to make new friends , :)

That could be kind of interesting. How would you want to structure it? As a dialogue? Maybe a different question we ask each other every day? Love to hear some ideas :)

Yeah something like that could work maybe ? , or do a set volume of posts between each other ie... positive people posts #1 .. ie.. so today I've been up too (write your posts ) then something like I wonder what my friend ..... is up to How are you today What if your goal ect ect ask a question set a challenge on something to write and collaborate tagging each other ... or Story time from 2 countries 2 people one writes a chapter ... the 2nd writes the next , as a daily set challenge using each other as the mind set for the next push along ... maybe a steemit handbook of interaction between two strangers ... who knows lets put our minds to work and think of something ?
