Why STEEMIT will only grow and GROW!

When you have the pedigree of the developers of Bitshares and some of the most talented minds in the industry taking a proven concept and correcting all of the weaknesses and building it out for the future, where using crypto is going to as normal as using Paypal, you KNOW that this is going do well. 

Remember, Steemit has only just been released and the platform is currently in its infancy in it's most basic form. It wont be long before the platform evolves into a real powerhouse of a platform. What we are seeing here is Steemit's shell, there is just so much that can be built on top of the platform and so much functionality that can be built into it.

For instance, try to remember Facebook in the beginning. Steemit is basically the same now as what Facebook was when it was born. Once Steemit improves on the way in which people interact with each other on the platform, you will begin to see a similar pattern evolve to that of Facebook.

Private messaging, groups, voice chat, video chat, games etc. will be rolled out along with apps being built on top of the platform, improving the usability and functionality of the platform. Maybe crowd-funding will make its way to Steemit, maybe a Marketplace will make its way to the platform also, I mean it just makes so much sense seeming as the platform has its own currency that has real world value and a growing user base. At the same time, the functionality of the currency could help legitimize the currency for use in the real world, and who knows, maybe by merchants.

So my point is. . . Watch this space, because there's a whole load of stuff that's going to happen in it.
