what's with the pre written stories being monetised?

This is going to ruffle some feathers but whilst we are all here to spout our opinions, to raise subjects which we think are pertinent in some way I am, I think we should be judged on the merits of what we produce.

I am seeing posts which are clearly not from the poster, heck, in fact they don't even masquerade as being from the poster, they cite their sources and yet said poster is receiving a mass load of upvotes. It's not like it requires any effort, or time to find what in some instances are damning evidence of something, or something which is controversial, so why is it being recognised?

Those posts are being monetised which leaves one upon to simply be bombarding this site with copy and paste jobs from someone else's work but if that were to happen then the value of this site would go down the toilet and would simply be akin to wall paper for which stories of every description were simply churned onto here.

There surely needs to be some administration oversight or something to determine if something is simply a blatant reproduction of someone else's work? some kind of mechanism.
