Over the last couple days to weeks I have been slowly posting less on the platform as I take a wait and see approach as Voice launch approaches. Within that time I have seen some interesting discussion about the upcoming Steem hardfork and overall never-ending articulation of improving the Steem tokenomics. To date the Steem team has not shown what exactly is their strategy when Voice launches their platform. Some of the large stakeholders and personality on the platform have not shown much appetite of improving the platform and this is reflected in the overall sentiment of the project. This approach would not end well because you need to support the community that has been behind the project from day one.

I am going to sound the alarm, if things does not change around here, Steem could lose its biggest asset, THE COMMUNITY. The Steemit team announcements have really been about 'them', and nothing about the 'community'. It's worrying that they have not shown any skin in the platform by even expressing some of the advertisement earning to support the token price. Projects have to be more sensitive to their community to survive an increasing competitive blockchain space. With Voice announcement coming up, and Steem in its current state, it won't be good business/ strategy to continue the same strategy.
