🎓 Reshape your Brain with "Easy" Meditation 🎓

Hey Steemians,

I Just was browsing through internet and found out that increasing amount of people are obsessed with Mindful Meditation.

Don't worry I will explain everything, how people are changing their lives with meditation and this is not new for you, I guess. Everybody has heard or knows that meditation is something we did and we knew from our furthest existence.


What is Mindfulness? -  Straightforward word. The mind is completely  attending to what’s happening around it, to what you’re doing, to the movement through space. That might seem strange, except for the annoying fact that we so often veer from the matter at hand. Our mind takes flight, we lose touch with our body, and pretty soon we’re engrossed in obsessive thoughts about something that just happened or fretting about the future.

 Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. 


 If you want to know what mindfulness is, it’s best to try it for a while. Since it’s hard to nail down in words, you will find slight variations in the meaning in books, websites, audio, and video sources.

Researchers at Boston University and Harvard Medical School found that the technique helps alleviate anxiety and allows individuals to better cope with stressful situations.  


Even though meditation helps people cope with  lots of stress and anxiety, only a small portion of population is using it. For example in US there are only 18 000 000 people reported to be doing meditation therapies.


Finally, as you can research in more detail on-line yourself , I want to give you some potentials:

  • It's a way of living   -  Cuts down stress, it bring awareness and caring in to everything we do..

  • Sparks Innovation - Mindfulness can lead us to effective, resilient, low-cost responses to seemingly .               .                            intransigent problems.
