the idea for a 1oz fine silver steem round(coin) was proposed by @sevinwilson, he was looking for interest, help and guidance for the project. We agreed to help him with the project as we have a small private mint and online bullion shop. We were able to help guide the design process, allow ordering through our website and it really streamlined the process. A design contest was hosted and the amazing design used was created by a community member @bearone and voting by everyone here on steemit. The rounds were created and distributed within around 6-8weeks and the maximum mintage of 1500 was sold out within 2 weeks, they now are hard to find and have a high premium on the secondary market.
I understand this was a limited run
But here's some SBD to support the project and buy another please! I am a silver stacker so I may want many of these. How much for the press? What a beauty. How can we collaborate? I want to participate in the 2018 Steem Silver Round project!

Hey man, all the ongoing details will be posted on steemit. We are again going to make a limited run of rounds and retail them through our online store again this year.
It will be quite a few months until we have a finished product and the 2017 rounds are long sold out with a few available from @sevinwilson, @coolbowser or @ejr.
Very good! How many Silver ounces would make a sufficient order to ship to my precious metals dealer here in Alberta? I will be discussing business this week, lets make some plans and move forward! 2018 Steem Silver Rounds are coming, can I submit this as a template for the Darkflame edition?

The round were a great success and very popular, but they aren't being produced with ROI in mind (so no) and we retail them very close to the production price.
