It truly is discouraging @thatindianlady for newbies like me,
I spent 5 hours on designing and writing a post, not even till now, I have less than 10 votes on the post by people who didn't even care to read it.
How did I know? - There were no comment from people except bots.
You are doing so fine, none of your post has 0.0$ which is very very good, and some of your great post has made good number of $. The simple thing is , you are posting less, you post once or twice in a week, and still get dollars shows your potential. If you start posting your interesting medical stuff regularly i am sure you would boom out like anything.
