Im conficted on what to do about my sons christmas presents 🤔🤔

Story Time #010:

I 26(f) have an autistic son(11)
Asked my son what he wanted for christmas and he gave us the 1st list he wanted a JW blue Robot ( which we got already ) and 2nd on his list was a trick r treat sitting sam doll and 3rd was NBC set when my mom ( grandma) asked what he wanted she told him she doesnt want evil things in the house despite him already having a sam trick r treat plushie she told him no to everything on his list so he then proceed to make a new list. On his new list he wanted a rock plushie from some gamer he watches and the monster high doll set she immediately shut him down and both saying your already have plenty of plushies and dolls are for girls you can't be playing with that. When she said that it reminded me of younger me growing up i was super tom boy i loved Jurassic park and power rangers til this day i love them I remember the feeling of everytime getting a barbie the disappointment i got but oh man give me a power ranger or dinosaur i was over the moon especially on birthdays and christmas the excitement and happiness i got from getting boy toys. She then proceeds telling him to make another list. This morning she presented her with a list it now had a VR set and he lowered his want to two monster high dolls for number 2 and 3 he wrote number 2 as deuce the boy from MH and 3 the werewolf girl from mh. He went down from the set to just 1 of each saying he loves the show he watches it with his younger cousins while hes away at his dads house and hes also started watching them here these past 3 weeks hes genuinely into it. Again she shut him down when he got on the bus i told her just give him cash and she said no why so he can turn around and buy it. This is where i got mad so i said then please dont get him anything and she proceeded to tell me he's 11 year olds dont you think he shouldn't be playing with dolls? I told her hes autistic and that when my younger brother was growing up he was around my cousins playing with dolls 99% of the time when we went to there house did he turn out gay? She then proceed to say well if he did she didnt know about it and that he didnt have them at home he left them there i then said i grew up with a bunch of boy toys dinosaurs and power rangers since i was 2 and she said thats different. thats when i told her then dont get him anything please dont you made him change his list 3 times and hes setting for less and less to be told no she just got quiet and left to work. Inner younger me is screaming do it but i live with my parents currently and i cant risk getting kicked out but i also just want my son to be happy during christmas but either way the situation is damn if you do damn if you dont someones getting disappointed at the end of christmas and i think it should be my parents getting disappointed. But am.i in the wrong? Help?
