I Like it @mindhunter it is blue and big and easy on the eyes.
For me it was confusing the first time beause the upvote button was facing down....it just wasn't a good logic...
But you are right too and I understand why:

• Now you have a choice....
• that choice is taking time and you can lose your position for example you found a superb post that nobody upvoted it yet so it is "zero". You press upvote and untill you finish already one or 2 more upvotes are there...so you are not the first one to upvote, you are actually the third person...
  This happened to me today 2-3 times...and from this point of view I don'tlike it .
