Why does Steem Community Allow Spam and Spammer ?
I've been following @minnowvotes for a very long time. I wrote to @minnowvotes on this topic before. But I didn't get any answers.

I've been using this bot for a long time. But a lot of people in the rounds of @minnowvotes are spamming. And nobody does anything about it. I wonder if the Steemit platform and community will continue to protect these spammers? Or will you continue to allow it? Many people use to spam on the bot, so others can't take advantage of it.
I'm gonna put some pictures here. Decide yourself if you like. However, I cannot understand clearly that spamming and community make no sound.
I took some screenshots from the last three rounds of this bot above. I couldn't put it all. Because there's a lot of spam. Hopefully the community solves that and similar issues. Because in this way, if unfair gains increase, everyone will start doing similar things. I said this before @minnowvotes. However, did not listen to me and just provide increased the number of spammers.
