This will explain your voting power and why you need to manage it. I see lots of accounts with between 40 and 70 percent votes. This is no use to you or the posts you are voting on. The more votes you cast the weaker your vote becomes. Today I received a vote worth 8 percent which is fine but does no one any good. 8 percent of a 0.00 value vote is pointless.
When you are on 15 SP your vote works like this. You start out with a 100 percent. You can do 10 votes at 100 percent a day as it takes 24 hours to recharge 20 percent. 1 vote then takes 2.4 hours to get back.
