This is great advice @bozz! I took a few weeks off Steemit earlier this year to get away from the social world and to focus on my family. I think everyone should do this ever so often. This plattform is very addicting and it is sooo easy to get lost here for hours and days.

Everyone should post according to their schedules and give themselves realistic goals. I know I can realistically (according to my busy life) post up to 3 or 4 times per week.
