Hello friends of steemit today I want to share with you a delicious recipe, which is quite simple and very good to distribute in a meeting, party or to eat in a movie night.

Here is my version of this recipe.


 INGREDIENTS:


For the tartar sauce:


1 cup of mayonnaise


 1 Mashed parboiled egg.


3 Tablespoons of paprika cut into small squares.


2 Tablespoons chopped pickles in small squares.


½ Tablespoon of crushed capers.


½ Tablespoon of minced olive in small pieces.


1 Garlic clove very well crushed or ½ teaspoon ground garlic.


1 Tablespoon of English sauce.


Go to taste if you require it (I particularly think that you do not need it).




For the fingers of Mozzarella Cheese:


3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese.


¼ Cup of cold cream cheese.


1 Tablespoon of ground paprika.


¼ Cup of paprika cut into very small squares.


½ teaspoon cumin powder.


Salt to taste. 2 Eggs


½ Cup of wheat flour.


1 Cup of breadcrumbs


Frying oil




PREPARATION


For the tartar sauce.


1) In a medium cup place all the ingredients and mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.


2) Continue mixing for several minutes so that the sauce takes a creamy consistency and everything is well integrated.


3) Place in another cup and reserve in the fridge to serve next to our fingers of mozzarella cheese.



For the fingers of Mozzarella cheese.


1) In a bold mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cumin, salt and ground and chopped paprika; Mix well and reserve in the fridge.


2) In a medium cup beat the eggs with a fork and reserve in another cup place the wheat flour and in another the bread crumbs.


3) Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator and knead for a couple of minutes; proceed to assemble the cheese fingers by shaping them with the hand, pass through the wheat flour, then the beaten eggs and finally the bread crumbs.


4) In a pan, place the oil, heat well and place our cheese fingers to fry; we must be attentive because they cook very fast, and we do not want them to burn, as they are ready we remove them from the oil and place them on a plate with absorbent paper.


5) After they have drained the oil place in another dish next to the tartar sauce previously prepared.
