Pinch me... Am I dreaming?
At first, I thought that some whale or some guild had delegated Steem power to my account.
Money, money, money...

I went and checked.
Nope. No delegation.
Then I thought some "whaleish benefactor" had "discovered" me...
Nope. No whales, other than the occasional kind whale soul.
Then came shock #2...
My vote was now worth almost five dollars! WHAT? Last night it was worth fourteen cents...
Then I remembered.
HARD FORK 19!
Wow.
Can it last?
What's going to come along and screw up this fine dream?
For the first time in history, one of my posts is worth more than $100... Wow!
Will the rewards pool become so diluted that the post values will drop again? Or, will a massive influx of users drive them back up? And, will I find new readers?
Nothing to do but stay tuned, and see how it all plays out.
Now, would someone please tell me?
How do I "unlock" old posts to be able to edit them, as has been promised for so long?

Upon further reflection, I fear this may be a temporary bump... I am no HF expert, but I recall reading that only the first ten votes now will occur at full power... This may change how people choose to vote?

You're right, the voting power has increased per vote in order to accommodate the increase in amount that each vote holds.
This "new expirement" if you will, is going to play out for a week or two I would imagine. I am already adjusting my voting patterns.

Enjoy HF 19 mi amigo! It sure has been awesome so far but as they say, with great power comes great responsibility - our votes are worth so much more now but we have less of them to go around!
