In one of my articles I mentioned that no authors' article is worth more than 2000$, if even. We can rather pay out smaller amounts to these authors and give each new article a dollar. I know a lot of people that will be more than satisfied receiving that at least. This will motivate them to stay and keep posting. Although this might be easier said than done as we do not see the broader picture behind the scene.
