If by parity you mean 1SBD = 1STEEM, this happened before and it may happen again.
If by parity you mean 1SBD = $1 = 1STEEM, I'd rather not see that, I wouldn't like for STEEM to go that low, but hey, markets are always right.
1steem = $1 parity? I wouldn't love to see that either.

Though I think will happen some time in the future (maybe soon) but I don't think it will stay like that. Buy hey, market isn't always right.
