87% of posts on Steem today (not actual numbers...) are about how Tron and the hype machine Justin Sun have acquired Steemit inc. We have already seen the price of Steem jump about 20 percent as a result of this! Who know how this will affect us long term but I am pretty positive about it all - seems like I am one of the few who is...

I have never been a fan of Tron, I mean what applications do they have that even half compare to those on Steem? However, Justin Sun is the master of hype! There are reportedly 20 million users of Tron and it also has a pretty large market cap. Imagine what he can do with Steem - a functioning blockchain with loads of great dapps and dedicated users. Justin Sun and his loyal followers could give massive inroads to crypto markets and users throughout Asia - this guy has connection.

Anyway, enough harping on about Justin Sun! The big concerns people seem to have are about what will happen with our tokens and the Steem blockchain as ww know it. Will Tron come along and make sweeping changes? Who knows... I am sure they have a plan and vision and arent coming in blind. I am sure if they make big changes it could rock the boat and unsettle some people.

Anyway I am excited about the future holds here (whatever form that might be).
