I am in Europe - it's almost 9am but my voting power is still down from yesterday.
Well voting power doesn't reset, it needs to rest and recover over time, so cool off on voting stuff for a while. It's like mana in a game where you use too many spells, stop casting spells and it will recover over a few days.
