How to gain audience
I am new steemit. It is an interesting platform but there are some things that are not very clear. How does one gain more steem power or get noticed by people who have power to elevate posts. So far I see, upvotes increase the value of the post, but not all upvotes seem to have the same value. Clarify somethings please.
It would be great if there is a clear set of documentations outlining the process.

STOPYou may have a clearer understanding of things now. I just saw this post of yours now.
The most Steem Power someone has, the larger their upvote can be (though sometimes they don't vote at full power so as to spread out their voting power).
A good web app to see who upvotes you and at what power is: https://steemnow.com/
Everyone has their own voting power which is relative to their own Steem Power.
You will get more rewards if the voters for your post votes with much of voting power.
