I had no idea about this steem power thing and that I could deplete it. Such a learning curve thing. So much to learn and understand. But it's awesome. I guess I'll have to go see how much power I have, and how I earn more. Thanks for pointing this out!
Yes, your votes are worth less the more you use them...you can only upvote so many things per day.
