Microtask # 5 : Send a letter to a nonprofit – A call to join Steemit.
Idealist registered thousands of nonprofit organizations that could benefit by microtasking on steemit.
I created this Microtask # 5 in favor of Steemit, to be performed by Steemians :
- Find the email address of a nonprofit on Idealist or in another list of your choice.
- Paste and copy the open letter to a non profit – A call to use Steemit or one of the improved version.
- Send the mail to the nonprofit.

Micro-volunteering : the new marketing tool for steemit.
I see this post is a couple of months old, but see no other way to contact you. I work part time for a nonprofit agency who works with the disabled. I have been talking to our Director about joining Steemit. He is interested in getting our non-profit started on Steemit.
I have done multiple searches and have found very little about non-profit organizations actually joining Steemit and becoming part of this community. I have read some of your micro-volunteering, and am not totally clear on that.
If there is anyway you could give me some direction as to how to proceed or what other non-profits have a presence on Steemit, I would appreciate it.
