The specter of unemployment شبح البطالة

I am not a political man, but as a young man I am concerned about the issue of unemployment in Algeria and everywhere.
Youth today face unemployment, housing crisis and lack of entertainment. He is a very miserable young man with no precise features.
Unemployment Today, according to official figures, one in four young people without work. Academics and graduates are the most affected by this phenomenon (71,500 academics, including 10,000 doctors who left Algeria between 1994 and 2006). More women are affected: their rate of activity is 14% in 2013, while 17% was in early 2000. Permanent salary tends to decline,
Algeria's oil and gas reserves will not suffice in the future. For a good reason, one third of the production (gas, oil, gasoline, gas oil and natural gas) is consumed internally in Algeria. "The other third is exported and the last third is being re-added to keep the wells under pressure," Energy Minister Mustapha Gheitouni said.
In my view, in general and brief, the best and the largest investment is the investment in manpower, especially the youth, who build the future and youth are the future.

انا لست رجل سياسة لكن ككل شاب تهمني قضية البطالة في الجزائر و في كل مكان.
يواجه الشباب اليوم البطالة وأزمة الإسكان وقلة الترفيه . إنه شاب بائس للغاية وبدون معالم دقيقة.
