currently it's hosted on free hosting and might be a little slow but give it a shot. it's not like other upvoting sites where you have to beg some one to add you on their list. you just give your username wif and your post which to be upvoted. currently it will give you 5 upvotes but you can try again after you get upvotes. it might not work at all :D just under development yet and need to be tested. if it got likes and developed will move on powerful hosting. currently site domain is http://upvoter.heliohost.org/

when you add your username and posting key it will say how many people is needed more to start exchange of votes. currently it need 6 people and each of them will get 5 up vote from each other (excluding oneself). after 1 instance of upvote queue is finished your account is removed permanently from database so we are not keeping your credentials.if you want participate again you have to add information again.

once again site is under heavy development, lack's many control features might not work at all yet but i've tested and it did what it had to do. so any failure is fault of low powered shared host. on which i cant take any responsibility.

and last please double check everything because at this moment site is not able to check whether you gave correct wif or username or post url to worn you, so be careful because wrong DATA will corrupt all. and also posting key must be private. and posting keys are not threats. you can change any time and no one can do anything with it except upvote and comment...
