@ccommons.art community project proposal (intro) / + Payout proof - Wall of fame nr 13, 14, 15 =)
Hello dear @ccommons.art friends!
as you might have realized @alexandravart is finally back! Hopefully she get a little rest and enjoyed her small holliday's she is definitely deserving to take more often! The best of all is that she is really happy to see her heart project @ccommons.art and friends she has been initiating and powering is now self sustained by the collective (read more here).
Maybe some of you’ll ask themselves: “How @ccommons.art and friends works?”
So here some explanations...
(nb: It will also be more detailed in further posts which will include some simple infographics)
A lot of social initiatives with the goal to give or give back to the community are suffering, because its propering is mostly depending on the generosity of one or a group, lets name them “the initiator(s)”. Consequently, this means, that those people will accumulate all the stress of taking over a responsibility for which the access to the information or to commitment depends on them. It is often a heavy task to just organize to enable others to join the effort, let's name it community empowerment. =)
A participatory initiative in which we are aiming to involve the community in a collective process requires the good communication tools. Furthermore it needs trust and empowerment. For example feedbacks, comments,... A social project needs the appropriate dynamic to care about the human factor and valuate it properly to be self sustainable.
So, @ccommons.art as well as other community projects will progressively be more autonomous thanks to a series of reward systems integrated slowly into the community project proposals. This will hopefully allow participation and contributors to be rewarded for their effort. Making for example the curation, edition and publication of the wall of fame as well as the redistribution of rewards for the featured artists should not depend on one availability but should be achieved thanks to a format which allows this to become slowly self-sustained and really participatory.
Yes, as you can see it takes time and a lot of effort to make the transition from small scale support to community support and everyone to understand how to take initiatives and responsibilities within the collective. However, it is happenning and it is a wonderful occasion for all of us to decide by and for our selves through @alexandravart leadership style towards a development of leadership that is not only allowing this but definitely empowering it and all of us. This way hopefully the heartproject of @alexandravart will always be an invitation for co-operation and co-creation. <3

As you can see she transferred the payout equally to all their accounts (depending on the author payouts) :)

true this is the best way-finding a solution/ a system, to get more people entrusted with tasks for this project for it's sustainability, and when I am saying sustainability- I refer more to stress and time management, rather than the payout and founding.
this two(stress and time) I am really feeling like a failure in front of, I don't know how to solve them and even if I received so much help from @globalschool, @irwanumpal @jnmarteau @diebitch @yusaymon and everyone else in the discord channel, I am still struggling and sometimes feel like running away due to fear of responsibility.
With all this being said I think this project and idea deserves our implication and I really want to see it grow and continue in the best way, so THANK YOU ALL for the help and please don't stop- because one thing is for sure I can't do it alone.

We need to take the time to make a good needs assessement and put in place the good participatory process. I started sometimes ago to create a compilation to create a new innovation experience department for @generationeuropa and @solidarity, as I created innovations units for NGOs and some international organizations that I am now opening as participatory with @innovations. However, the challenge of hyper connectivity and having an audience is not thought at school.
We all need a frame for people and talent management, a frame for trust. It is not easy to manage fame, neither more simply creativity. I'll share with you on discord the drafts I am using to create the various proposals. Hope it can bring you some confidence about stress and escape. From my modest point of view, it is normal, and nobody is mad at you, you give us trust and example of selflessness. Thank you too for all you inspire us and to me.
