Introducing Daily Curation Project to support Nigeria Steem Community

In our quest to help minnows/newbies achieve their true potential, we've come up with a project that will help encourage minnows to contribute more to the community.

cassey001 daily curation project upvotes introductory posts and we also curate undervalued exceptional posts made by newbies with the aim of motivating them.
We have 8 finders that will constantly be on the look out for minnows and they will be given a chance to submit a maximum of three posts per day. How ever, more members from cassey001 community will also join the Curators team.

Criteria For Curation

Post must be from a newbie with a reputation of 43 (Maximum)
Introductory posts should be at least 200 words long
Other submissions should be at least 300 words long
Post must not be less than 7 hours old
Post must not be more than 20 hours old
Post's payout must not be up to 2$ as at the time of curation

NB: Introductory posts have a higher chance of approval.
If posts meets all of the above requirements, approval will be based on the discretion of the curator.
