Chinese New Year 2017: Year of the Rooster
The Chinese horoscope has a 5000 year tradition and is based on the lunar years. Every year people are baptized with the name of an animal. Much of this custom has its origins in ancient Chinese Taoism.
From this Friday 27 begins the Spring Festival or Chinese New Year 2017 and the celebration will last until February 22. For the Chinese the new year will bring changes and will be very prosperous for those who know how to adapt, since it will be the Year of the Rooster.
