Reducing Poverty Thanks Steemit

A child in such a family where income is inadequate will mean poor living environment for the child,no proper healthcare,education will not be at it's best.It takes someone that is truly hopefully and has lots of faith to believe that all will work out in the end.
Imagine walking for long distances looking for customers,and actually finding someone who will buy your products so that you can have your milk and bread.Unemployment has become a major problem.
These men carry these african handmade baskets.Made by the Kamba community and Northern Kenyan communities like the Samburu, Rendille. The baskets are used for storing clothes,some store food and broom used as a cleaning tool.
They walk for kilometers looking for customers,if they are lucky that day they sell 1 or 2 items.
What does Steemit mean to us?
I was first introduced to steemit by my younger brother,Mikhail. Steemit to me is away out of poverty,it's a way of life and I always say a day without steemit is a dull and boring one.I have learnt alot from my fellow steemians ,I have learnt to respect each and everyone opinions and today I want to say thanks to steemit .I hope more people can join this great platform.
yeah more people would surely join this community . It not only serves us with the capital but also shows us what the world is . I'm happy that I'm able to locate steemit in the early days .
