RE: First Steemit cupcakes giveaways in Germany

in #steemit8 years ago

Great idea, those cupcakes look delicious! I really like the idea of the Steemit flyer too. I've checked out @b0y2k 's profile but can't seem to find a post with the flyer design. Do you have a link to it you could share (an English version if possible)?

Yay, ill try to translate the full content into English soon ;)

I can work up an English version no probs :)

Thanks thousand times @b0y2k ^^

My translation attempt:

Steemit - Blogging gets you paid

What is Steemit and how does it work?

Register for free on the new social media platform steemit.com and publish your blog post. The length or content of your posts do not matter. After submitting, other Steemit users can vote on your post, also known as "upvote" - each "upvote" gets you a small amount of Steem Power.

What is Steem Power?

It is important for the weight of your own "upvotes". The more Steem Power you own, the more your upvotes are worth. Your Steem Power can be indirectly converted to money (via the "power down" process).

Earn money blogging.

Around 12 hours after publishing your post, your Steem assets get distributed 75% to you and 25% to your "Likers". "Liker" refers to people that haven given you up-votes. Your own 75% share is then credited to your account - 50% in "Steem Dollars" which you could spend immediately, and 50% in Steem Power. You do not earn directly in Euros, but in Steem Dollars, which can be converted to Bitcoins. A great way to get more familiar with crypto-currencies. If you don't want to keep crypto-currency, you may convert Bitcoin to $/€.

To turn a blog into cash is not that easy, but with Steem you can earn serious money with each article you post. As you can see on the screenshot, several bloggers have earned more than $10000 with a single introduction article.
