These are all excellent points, as Steemit keeps growing more and more automated systems will be used to stop spam, cut and paste accounts trying to basically get money for no effort an put nothing in to help others. Once you do something that gets picked up as spam - getting your account reputation can take a long time.
Yes, there many I cab see, who unknowingly posted something and got flagged. I hope it helps those guys to make changes in their future blogs and improve their reputation.
