This is a scam. Just from what is stated above.

Tesla never made a "magnet motor".
What Tesla did make is a motor that used high frequency AC. And, that is what is shown. (lots of videos, websites on building one)

It is not a generator. It doesn't make any electricity. Of course, as most permanent magnet motors, you can turn it into a generator if you provide some kind of outside motive force. (Like the motor shown in the foreground of the picture.)

I know my post is not a full explanation. But, it will take more than an entire blog to explain. I am working on that.
