RE: 3 Digital Nomad Friendly Debit Cards Compared: Revolut, TransferWise And Wirex

in #steemit6 years ago

my ever recurring problem as a true digital nomad is that i don't have an address. I managed to get through KYC with Transferwise but now they barred my account as India is on their blacklist. Honestly, crypto-related i am sick of being in India, buying crypto has to be done p2p here, at least 10% more in buying price + very bad conversion rates. I also have loads of euros literally as hidden cash, i REALLY want to buy crypto with it NOW, i don't dare to do a localbitcoin cash transaction, too dangerous.
True digital nomads don't have bank accounts :-( i managed to setup this company in Estonia now and i finally have an individual bank account with Paysera but if i transfer from there, the receiver doesn't see my name, impossible to buy crypto like that etc. etc. ranting, ranting :-)

Had no idea you're in India now. From what I saw is one of the least crypto friendly countries, really difficult to do something there. As for Estonia, I got my digital residence a while ago (I remember we talked about this) and really thinking about setting up a company there. I might hit you up on Discord / Steem.chat for some details in a couple of months.

In India for 15 years now. It is bub on discord, not bubke, hit me up whenever you want. I radically changed my Estonia ventures, i am working with LeapIn in Estonia now, easy and cheap, no hassle. Not for making crypto business but just perfect to have tax free simple business. xxx
