Where is the SteemPower?! Steemit Pros Reply :)

Do we get our SteemPower as soon as we post something that gets upvoted or do we have to wait a week to get it? I know we need to wait a week to have it in our wallet, but in terms of juice power and how much power we have to upvote peoples comment, do we get that right away?
