We Are In The New Economic Reset And Steemit Users Are Talking About Paintings.......

The government is going to make sure home prices and especially rent prices continue to rise, but not congress. Instead it will be the CDC which issues the policy that will make rent prices rise, how will they do this?

The CDC has continued the Eviction Moratorium which means there will be a ban on evictions in high COVID areas, but where would the CDC get such authority?

this is a perfect example about what happens when you give the Federal Government and Government agencies this much power, a flu like virus hits the country and now the CDC gets to decide where you can shop, where you can go out to eat, and well if your even allowed to evict someone who can't pay their rent.

So you might be thinking how would banning evictions raise rent prices? Well, lets look at just some of the possibilities

1. To cover the costs of the losses since the first ban (you can't just expect people not to try to recoup their losses)
2. The Federal Government approves payments to landlords on behalf of renters causing landlords to raise rents for easy money
3. limited supply of people renting (this option I can not say is going to happen

These are just 2 possibilities as I am leaving out the third option as a solid possibility, but I am sure there are more that I am not considering. I will get into contact with some real estate people and see what the inside opinion is on these possibilities.

We know how the government paying for college loans has turned out, increasing college tuitions massively and I don't see why real estate would be any different.

Now let me get something off my chest, why on earth is Steemit filled with a bunch of crap? I don't see anything of substance trending, this is supposed to be a crypto site and yet you don't see much about crypto, economics, politics, all I see is a bunch of paintings PAINTINGS!!! is it just me or is this driving anyone else nuts?
