My 2-month Steemit/D.Tube Review!
I started on Steemit in November, so just a little bit longer than two months, and I had found the website on accident while looking up crypto articles to read....one happened to be here on Steemit and I noticed the payouts, got interested and quickly signed up!
From there I had a really successful first post and got super pumped about the amount of attention it got!
I was HOOKED! I started posting once a day and it took a while to learn the platform as well as find what kind of content I wanted to be posting. I was a bit frustrated trying to figure it out but as I learned more and found the Minnow Support ran by @aggroed as well as talked with @teamsteem I got a better hang of the platform and started to realize the value that is in here!
I made a video introducing my YouTube channel to Steemit and showed them how to use the platform as well as explained the value they can gain in it. I made a small discord to help onboard people and I'm excited to say the discord has over over 60 users in it now! I've been able to bring my friends @chelsealifts @eriktheeletric @sammymarie @curtowenmusic @nicoletyler and quite a few other friends and subscribers, I'm even bringing my dad on!
I have fallen in love with the platform and want nothing but the absolute best for the future of this site and community! Thank you guys so much, I appreciate the support! I say it every time but I really do!

steemit and dtube are the way forward, but is hard to be a minnow
It is, but it's even harder being a minnow on YouTube lol
I completely agree with that statement @brendube I'm a minnow on both, but i keep chugging along. Trying to make up my quality content and produce material that people will gain knowledge from or at least be entertained by.
Yah they really are, all the apps being built on the steem blockchain are insane! Dsound is GREAT too!
I see Steemit getting bigger and bigger as the year goes on and also as the crypto world gets bigger the Steemit world will to mark my words its just a matter of time, keep up the hard work and keep shareing your story

Thank you so much for these tips! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have known about it @brianturner. I was getting so discouraged about making videos on YouTube because my channel is very small and I wasn’t seeing anything come of it. But this has changed me and I am so excited about posting on Dtube and Steemit everyday! Thank you again :)

Congrats Brian. New to the Steem platform, still trying to get the hang of it. Been trying to get started as a curator, up voting solid content 15-30mins between its appearance and still not seeing curation rewards. Not quite understanding it all, but looking to do more research. Thanks for the great vid! Inspiring!
You will earn more as a curator once you have more power in your account. I definitely suggest posting original content and comments so that you can earn steem power in your account :)

Interesting how you got to know about steemit. And your show has actually promoted it for people to join in. Everyone has he's own way he got onto the platform. You'll be surprised at how guys got to know about it. And now they are making massive money just like your doing. And that's the ultimate goal for each of us.. Earning with good content.
The potential is there for everyone, just depends on your level of committment!

How is Dtube running now.. was a bit slow at the start i pressume it's running better now with more nodes up?
It's incredibly fast now, they have done a great job on upgrades
