The governing body for track and field here is USA Track & Field and they gain their revenue through membership fees, apparel and events. Most people feel they misuse the funds and oftentimes the athletes don't hardly get anything. Cyrus will have his travel paid for to the Olympics but he has been training for years with little to no financial aid. So the hole gets pretty deep for these athletes.
