@ned is a joke. It all boils down to one thing, the guy is screwing us. And we as community should see what we can do to stop and prevent this. What is Steemit and Stinc role and how we can replace those two to the point where they aren't needed by the community. I'm sure there are lots of smart people in the community and enough means to pullof this. Crowd funding and rewards for infrastructure, bounty hunting and rewards for devs, whatever.

We just need several smart heads to step in as leaders. Others will follow.

Also maybe some people from the US should check with IRS or some other federal institutions is it possible to do inspections on Steem Inc. and @ned. I'm sure he will be transparent to Uncle Sam.
