What do you mean? An email app on the steem blockchain? But tben all your emails would be public...
The more you comment the more we learn.
Here I don't mean inbox to for privacy issue. That won't be necessary. I mean for direct communication with your friends and followers.
Ah more like a chat? Like in facebook? But again, you cannot hide stuff on the blockchain... either this would have some other way of saving information, like in some database, or everyone would see your messages, right?

I think steem without that feature is unique. But a chatbox at steem.. is going to be useful.. so yes...
