Go to the Icon on your upper left with all of the horizontal lines. Select witnesses. You will find many people with lots of SP there. There are a quite a few others too. The best time to upvote is between 15 minutes and 45 minutes, before a whale votes. Pick good content that you think has the potential to sky rocket. Unfortunately, even the whale's do not make much from upvoting, relatively speaking. With the small amount of SP that you have, you will be lucky to even get a .001 SP curation reward.
