There's still exactly the same amount of STEEM being paid out everyday. But instead of it mostly going to whales... now it's going to everyone. I expect a slight correction in how much everyone's vote is worth as more whales start to vote at more power again. But I'd expect the price to go up, IMO less STEEM will be hitting the market initially.
