4th Steemit Chess Tournament Concluded! - Overview and Winners !

4th Steemit Chess Tournament Concluded and it was success , this time we counted with the participation of @schamangerbert, @krasirmirkolev, @marty-art, @modnar, @greatwolf and @bmwaso. Thank you to everyone who came to participate and compete!

The prizes were just delivered! Congratulations to the winners!

Two Times Champion!

Again @schamangerbert(HerbyW) showed everyone that he is a force to be reckoned with, managing to finish 1st place for second time in a row winning 3 games and drawing just one. The only one who gave him fight was @krasirmirkolev(vega-3) managing to take 1 point from him in their first clash that ended in a draw, however in their second clash @schamangerbert(HerbyW) completely decimated his archrival @krasirmirkolev(vega-3) and finished the tournament without defeat!

The Surprise!

Finally our longstanding supporter @marty-art made it out to our tournament and even surprised few of the players with good game and surprising moves, finishing in 3rd place overall. Surprisingly he finished the tournament without defeat(in regular time :P) managing a draw against 2nd place @krasirmirkolev(vega-3) and two wins vs @modnar and @greatwolf. Very well played @marty-art hope to see you in more tournaments!

Slump In Form Continues!

@krasirmirkolev(vega-3) continues his slump in form as he for second tournament in a row couldn't replicate the success he had in the first two tournaments where he enjoyed 1st place finish in both of them. However he still managed a more than good 2nd place finish loosing just 1 game the whole tournament and it was vs the eventual winner @schamangerbert(HerbyW). Who knows maybe the odds will be in his favor the next tournament and he can proclaim himself champion again for 3rd time!

@marty-art managed a surprising draw vs @krasirmirkolev(vega-3) even if he had 1 pawn less and overall less advantageous position. This was the beginning of the end for @krasirmirkolev(vega-3) hopes to get 1st place finish.
