Typically half the content on a site isn't instruction manuals, etiquette guides, cheerleading, brand building, complaining, etc., about said site. Twitter would be a different place if telling people how Twitter works or complaining about not being retweeted or how people who misspell words was a way to turn a quick buck from new users.
