RE: Re: If STEEMIT is to survive and thrive, it needs to get FAIRER

The "fair" term is very subjective and actually accomplishing fairness in the long term is even more subjective.

Consider this -- there are very few 'whales' in comparison with the global population. Since there are so few whales, their diversity of tastes and ability to see posts they like is small. As Steem grows, the amount of whales will grow along with it and create more opportunity for people to make a name for themselves in different niches.

Not everyone will be a whale, but the fact that you're here this early in the game is a good indicator that you will be much better off in the future than the present. Keep hustlin :) Good post.

Thank you for your encouragement, that is a wonderful comment. And you are right I teach my students...my son... and even TRY to TEACH MY YOUNG WIFE that thee is no such thing as fair. A favourable is created by one's beliefs....behaviour... and actions.... Whats fair to me is not necessarily fair to others.

I was having a discussion with a professional author this morning and trying to explain what I have learned about the mentality on steemit. And I explained that Some reviewers on Amazon have great power and cannot respond to and help the millions of minnow authors trying to get them to read their book. They hang out with other whale authors as it is of value to them and they feel less harassed. Hope I got a follow from you so we can cross paths again. May I ask a favour and have this resteemed so I can reach a wider audience. And if I have earned an upvote that would be a warm fuzzy ;)
