Thanks for the shout out @piedpiper! I really enjoyed this. The following Canada comment was my favorite " I can't stand the rampant socialism." Getting people into cryptocurrency is key to the long term success of cryptocurrency so being proactive about it is very important. Steemit is far from perfect, but it is getting people into cryptocurrency and that is the only accomplishment the site has then that is a pretty good legacy.
