copyright infringement ?

I don't think this logo was copywritten, either way Its the old logo for Michael's on Simco, A high end restaurant located in the Heart of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I asked a person that works there, she said it was their old logo before they went with the new one you see below.

I made a great slogan for their restaurant, " Michael's the food is to die for ! "

The reason I say that is because in the past 2 years there have been 2 shooting inside the restaurant, the most recent being a few weeks ago where a Real estate agent got executed, while inside the restaurant, the place is still packed... some of their menu Items include a 16 oz A5 KOBE BLACK TAJIMA HYOGO JAPAN CALIFORNIA CUT STRIPLOIN for only $ 768.00 Cad, thats 615.31 US Dollar at the current rate.
