Poloniex : Recent Update (My Experience)

1 Hour Ago, When I Decided To Open My Poloniex Account It Got Me Into A Shocking Result. First I Had To Solve The Captcha To Go To The Login Page. I Tried 3 Times But The Captcha Send An Error Message And Asked Me To Do It Again.At The 5th Time I Was Able To Solve The Captcha Correctly (Although I Had Given The Correct Answers Before). Then I Provided My Login Details And Accessed My Account. When I Accessed My Account It Showed The Sign Of Unverified Sign.

Then, I Provied All My Details Like Address, City, Zip Code, Phone Number And My Full Name. I Agreed To The Terms And Clicked On Begin Verification. A Pop Up Page Opened And IT Asked Me To Provide My Documents. I Choosed To Provide My National ID As My Proof. Then I Clicked On Proceed. The PopUp Began To Load And It Showed The Error"Sorry! We Could not Verify Your Account As You Donot Have A High Definition Camera/Webcam". I Was Shocked To See This. I Tried Many Times It Always Showed The Same Error. I Tried To Upload My Documents From Computer But It Didnot Had The Place To Submit From My Computer.

Then I Decided To Submit My Documents From Support Center And Registered An Account And Provided My Documents. I Wish My Account Will Be Verified And I Can Deposit And Withdraw My Cryptocoins.
