It shoud be at least 75%, but it depends on time you get upvotes and it depends on current price of steem and sbd. You can check this http://steem.supply/@bigclip

thanks, so this could happen say if i got an upvote and at the time it was worth 10 STU and SBD worth $5(meaning i should get a payout of 100.750.5=3.75SBD*USD$5=USD$18.75). On the payout day SBD rose to $7 and it uses USD$18.75/7, so i would get 2.678 SBD instead of 3.75SBD? And this would also apply on Steem power calculation..

as far as I understood there should be no dependency on the price of steem and sbd for the share % between curators and author, only on the total payout value. Is this what you mean or do I miss something?

The maximum the curators can get is 25%. The minimum the author gets is 75%. See here for an analysis of actual values. You can see that the mean share is around 18% to the curators. One reason is that for any vote placed in the first 30 minutes after the post was created, a share of the vote value is credited to the author. The more people vote before 30 mins, the lower the curator share.

that is what i thought too, but as u can see i had one of the payouts that was below 75%. so there has to be something i am missing

ahh, beneficiaries!
you have posted via dtube, this means 25% of the author rewards go to dtube. This is why the share between the curator rewards and your part of the author rewards is 30/70.

this explains it, thanks. i always wondered what this beneficiaries mean and this explains two of my mysteries.
