ENGLISH MOFO!!! DO YOU SPEAK IT?!?!

Now this is going to piss a lot of people off. I already know this. If you are pissed off then just be pissed off. It's better to be pissed off than to be pissed on. Well....... for most people it is. Some people enjoy that kind of thing I guess.
I would like to start off by saying that there are a lot of good writers and bloggers on steemit. That being said, there are also a lot of bloggers that I have seen speaking in their second language. Speaking in your second language has no benefit to you or steemit.
I speak Spanish but choose to blog in English. The reason for this is that if I tried to blog in Spanish I realize that I would fail. English is my primary language. If I were to make an attempt to blog in Spanish my words would be broken and my sentence structure would be terrible.
Everyday, I explore steemit and read through blogs. It seems like 10 to 20% of the blogs that I click on, which are titled in English, are written in very broken English. Not only is the English broken but the sentence structure makes me wonder if it is a third grader using talk to text. This is the same thing that would happen to me if I tried to blog in Spanish.
Why then do so many non-english speaking people try to blog in English? All this is doing is flooding steemit with garbage. It is chasing people away. We need quality, not quantity. Tricking people into reading a post in a language that you do not speak well will not get you any recognition.
Please speak in your native language. You will have much better luck gaining followers from the people that understand you. If you are from a country that doesn't speak English and you try to blog in English then you are alienating your potential followers and yourself. Not only are you not getting the followers from your native country, you're also not getting them from English speaking countries. You will fail to gain them from English speaking countries because they do not understand you either.
Steemit is valuable for all languages worldwide. I am not a racist nor do I believe that everyone should speak one language. I just realize that it does not make sense to blog in your second language. It does no good for you, the community, the readers, Etc. If you continue to do this you will fail in the end. Please upvote And resteem this if you agree. We need to get this message out there. I know that I am not the only one who is tired of this.
