What do you mean by locked up? You can find help by joining Byteball official Slack and ask help from #helpdesk channel

It depends what you mean by "locked up". If it's the 50% of the reward locked on a smart contract, it will unlock automatically in 12 months. Otherwise, you should join the byteball slack (see link in the article) :-)
