As a business student, i have careful;ly analysed the steemit community and the activities that goes on and i have concluded that; ''STEEMIT IS A FULL-TIME BUSINESS COMMUNITY''. The following are the 6 characteristics of a good business that directly relates to steemit;

(1) CREATIVITY: The steemit community does not encourage plagiarism. The rules of the community promotes hardwork, personal work and good content which in-turn encourages creativity. The community itself is structured to make steemians create.

(2) SOCIAL ACTIVITY: Steemaians conduct some responsibilities towards the society that solves a need in the Society like visiting the orphanage homes, supporting the needy and the likes. Most businesses gives back to the society to attain its maximum level of success. Thats exactly whats steemit stands for.

(3) CUSTOMER ORIENTED APPROACH: In as much as the owners of the community gain profit for their wonderful work done, they turn to give a share of their profit to the customers(STEEMIANS) that contribute to their profit. This boost the moral of customers (STEEMIANS) to workharder than before.

(4) RISK AND UNCERTAINTIES: The price of the steem and steem dollar can rise or decline at any time due to some technical reasons.The uncertainty aspect is that the rate at which the currencies changes is unknown. steeemians take the risk of investing in the currencies either to gain or to loose. Some steemians too trades the currencies among friends they only know from steemit or discord and that's another risk associated with the community. This makes the community a business area.
